February 10-11
The Amazing Hancock Brothers
A two day collaborative screenprinting and relief printing event with the Texas State University printmaking students and The Amazing Hancock Brothers, John and Charles Hancock.
Time: 2- 8pm
Location: Room 4112, Texas State University, Joanne Cole Mitte Bldg (JCM) of the School of Art and Design, on the corner of Comanche and Sessom in San Marcos. Open to the public.

Curator’s Tour of “The World at War, 1914-1918”
The HRC’s WWI exhibition contains several items print related including color lithograph war posters, prints by Eric Gill, and Apollinaire’s Calligrames and the tour focuses on print materials
Time: 10 am
Exhibition Dates: February 11–August 3
Location: Harry Ransom Center, 300 W 21st Street

Select Prints on display at the Harry Ransom Center’s Reading Room
This curated event will focus on prints used in books; will include work by Leonard Baskin, Claire Van Vliet, Eric Gill, and Barry Moser

February 14
Flatbed Contemporary Print Fair Preview Party
Texas printmakers and publishers of fine art prints will be showing work to the public in a print fair setting and demonstrating printmaking techniques to the public. The preview party celebrates the first annual contemporary print fair in Austin and gives collectors a first look.
Time: 6-9 pm
Admission: $10 at the door
Location: Flatbed Press and Galleries, The Flatbed Building, 2832 E MLK Jr Blvd

This curated event will focus on free standing prints and will include, among others, prints from the HRC’s Universal Limited Art Editions Collection

Flatbed Contemporary Print Fair
The Print Fair is open to the public and designed to give Texas printmakers and publishers of fine art prints a venue to show their work to a wide audience; on-going demonstrations in the printmaking studio
