We are excited to invite you to EXPO 2022! Please be mindful that registration isn’t secured until you complete the form below. We will open up registrations to our waiting list on December 6, so please fill this out ASAP.

(Please allow PrintAustin to make the announcement on EXPO vendors. We will be doing that probably on the 10th of December.)

We have The Printmaker’s Ball on Friday, Feb. 11 from 6-11pm, plus two days of EXPO. We have access to Blue Genie starting at 9am on Friday, with doors opening at 6pm to VIPs and 7pm to the public, so you should have plenty of time to set up. EXPO is Saturday 11-5 and Sunday 11-3. You are expected to be set up from soup to nuts, so FRIDAY, SATURDAY, and SUNDAY.

COVID: We have no idea what the covid situation is going to be in Austin on our PrintEXPO weekend, but we plan on adhering to Austin’s suggested protocols regarding masking and gathering. As of 12/01/2021, Austin is at Stage 3. We will check in again with you at the beginning of February with any updates such as masks requested, required, and/or timed entrance for guests. 

Stage 3: Participate in indoor private gatherings with precautions, and in outdoor gatherings without precautions. High-risk individuals may dine with precautions, while low-risk individuals may dine without precautions. Shopping may be done without precautions, while travel may be done with precautions.

Expo Address: Blue Genie Big Top, 6100 Airport Blvd., Austin, TX 78752. The entrance is in the back!

  • We need one high res image per booth for our PrintEXPO guide. It must be at least 300ppi at 6x4.25". If you are sharing a booth, you may include multiple images. (Right now we're not sure if wall artists will be included in the Guide. Stay tuned on that but please submit images anyway for the website.) Double booths get two images in the catalog plus a short bio.

    • Title, date, technique, dimensions. If you are uploading multiple images, please add identifying info in case it may be difficult to associate labels with work.
    • If you are sharing a booth, no prob. Please just give us one contact person that will be in charge of distributing information to others.
    • Walls and booths are sold per vendor. Wall Fee includes wall(s), barstool(s), and a barstool mini table, signage, and promotion. Booth Fee includes booth(s), chairs--2 chairs/booth, table 48"L x 24"W x 29"H--1 table/booth, signage, and promotion
    • You will automatically receive 2 chairs per booth unless you'd like more or fewer.
    • Might you be interested in doing a demo or other educational activity? We are thinking of setting up an educational area (probably outside under a tent, weather permitting). If this is of interest, please describe, approx length of time, and what supplies you would need us to provide. Note: If you are alone at your booth, we could have a volunteer sit the space for you.
