EXPO DETAILS + TABLE, CHAIR, AND FOOD RESERVATIONS

We’re now taking table, (extra) chair, and food orders for PrintEXPO. The deadline to order is Feb. 3 at noon. No late requests, please. Unfortunately, your space doesn’t automatically come with a table. Basic folding chairs, however, are provided. Click below to read more about what to expect. 

For tables and chairs, these are pass-through costs plus a $1 contribution for delivery and pickup. IMPORTANT–if you think you have comped tables, please email expo@printaustin.org so we can verify. There are so many moving parts this year; we don’t want to be short accidentally. Please note that tables don’t arrive until Friday morning.

For food, we have added tax plus $5 to contribute to delivery and tip.

Feel free to come up with an alternate plan.
