The Contemporary Austin: Art School at Laguna Gloria

Event Description

Trace monotype is an immediate process for making a one-of-a-kind print without a printing press. This technique involves drawing an image on paper that has been placed over an inked plate, allowing for unique texture and effects. We will spend the first day practicing the technique. The second day, students may bring a drawing or photo to use to complete their own personal project.

Instructor: Francine Mastrangelo

Dates: January 1920 (Saturday 10A-4P / Sunday 12-4p)
